The Almanac's Take

Three games are posted and all three have at least partial lineups confirmed, though Minnesota's road card is still blank. The most interesting name on the board is Yohendrick Piñango hitting cleanup for Toronto with a 1.156 OPS — that kind of production sitting fourth rather than higher in the order suggests the Blue Jays have options around him, which makes the middle of that lineup worth stacking against Pittsburgh. Over in Detroit, Dillon Dingler at third with 14 home runs and a .840 OPS is quietly one of the better power-per-slot values showing today. Check back once Minnesota's lineup drops before locking anything in that game.
